Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to any "Lower-Level" spa service.
Consult with your physician prior to a massage especially if you are scheduling a pre-natal massage. Pre-natal massages are done after the completion of the first trimester.
Minimize the amount of caffeine prior to any massage, facial or body treatment.
C’ Spa recognizes that emergencies arise, however, a 50% deposit is required when reserving time with our therapists. This deposit can be applied on a credit card or proof of a C'Spa Gift Certificate number. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy which will allow for us to reschedule your allotted time.
If you arrive late and no one is scheduled after your appointment we gladly will provide the full treatment; however, if another client is scheduled your service will be modified.
Valuables are best kept at home... C'Spa cannot be responsible for any personal items.
Tips are a way to show your appreciation for a service. C’Spa requests that tips are paid in cash; 20% for Lower-Level services is customary. Upper-Level services are usually based on time, $2.50 per 15 minutes is customary.

Gift-certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be used to purchase products or be redeemed for cash and do not include gratuities.
Frequent cards and incentives may not be used on Sundays or the week prior to a holiday.
All major credit cards are accepted for services over $25.
